SHIPMENT

We work with trusted international carriers such as DHL and UPS to ensure safe delivery of our products. All items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Please note that shipping costs are not included in the product price and will be calculated at checkout. For oversized or bulky items, the shipping cost shown is an estimate. For an exact quote, feel free to contact us at dare@unevenobjects.com.
DUTIES & TAXES

Import duties and local taxes (if applicable) are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the recipient once the order arrives in the destination country.

As customs policies vary widely, we are unable to predict or influence these charges. We recommend checking with your local customs office for detailed information before placing an order.
RETURNS

All UNEVEN pieces are made to order and customized according to your chosen finishes, upholstery, and colors.
For this reason, orders are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.

However, if you wish to request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at dare@unevenobjects.com. Each case will be reviewed individually.

To be eligible for a return:
  • The product must be unused and in perfect condition.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Only products that can be resold as new will be accepted.
  • Shipping and return costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Once the return is approved and the item has reached our studio, we will process a refund (excluding shipping) within 14 days.
Please note that items produced with custom dimensions, colors, or fabrics are considered final sale unless proven faulty or damaged upon delivery.


DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

All pieces are carefully inspected before shipment.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 3 calendar days of delivery at dare@unevenobjects.com with:
  • Your order number.
  • A brief description of the issue.
  • Photos clearly showing the damage or defect.

We’ll do our best to resolve it quickly.
RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping, as well as any applicable customs fees, taxes, or duties.
Returned items remain under your responsibility until they reach our studio in Madrid. UNEVEN is not liable for lost or damaged parcels during return transit.

We recommend using a tracked and insured service, and keeping proof of shipment.


HOW TO RETURN

1. Contact us at dare@unevenobjects.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.
2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team.
3. Ship the item(s) back in the original packaging within 14 days of your return request.
4. Ensure the product is well-protected and unused.
5. Once received and inspected, we’ll process the refund (minus shipping) within 14 days.
6. If the item is damaged or not in resaleable condition, we reserve the right to reduce or decline the refund.
WARRANTY

Coverage Period: 24 months from the date of purchase

At UNEVEN, we stand behind the quality of our pieces. Each item is made with care, using high-quality materials and artisanal techniques. That’s why we offer a 2-year warranty on all products used under normal indoor conditions.

This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse repairs if the product has not been used or maintained according to our recommended care guidelines.

WHAT IS COVERED

  • Structural faults or defects in finish that arise during normal indoor use.
  • Issues due to faulty materials or craftsmanship, reported within 24 months.
  • Only valid for products used and maintained as instructed.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED

  • Damage caused by improper use, storage, installation, or cleaning.
  • Exposure to direct sunlight, humidity, extreme heat or cold.
  • Scratches, stains, dents, or other accidental damage.
  • Natural variations in wood grain, fabric weave, or finish.
  • Normal wear and tear, including fabric pilling, fading, or foam softening.
  • Use of abrasive or chemical cleaning products.
  • Unauthorized repairs or alterations.

Please note: variations in color, texture, or tone are part of the natural charm of our materials and finishes. These are not considered defects.


HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM

If you believe your product is faulty:
1. Contact us at dare@unevenobjects.com or through your original point of purchase.
2. Provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
3. Share photos and a short description of the issue.
4. We may request to inspect the item to assess the claim.

If the issue is covered under warranty, we will offer a repair or replacement or a comparable solution if the original materials are no longer available.
