All UNEVEN pieces are shipped via trusted logistics partners. Delivery times vary depending on the item and destination, and will be specified in the commercial offer prepared upon request.

All deliveries are handled by third-party carriers. If any item arrives damaged, please note this clearly on the delivery slip at the time of receipt. In such cases, we will arrange a repair or replacement as soon as possible. If no damage is reported upon delivery, we will consider the product accepted in full.

At UNEVEN, we stand by the quality of our pieces. While all items are made to order, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

- A return form must be submitted before sending the item back.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Only the product cost is refundable (original shipping is non-refundable).
- We reserve the right to inspect the product before issuing a refund. Reimbursements will be made to the original payment method once the return is approved and processed.

All UNEVEN pieces are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, in accordance with applicable EU consumer laws.
